By tram or car you can reach Dresden´s Old Town and the Neustadt District in about 10 to 15 minutes. Within walking distance you will find shops for daily needs and restaurants. Nature lovers will find relaxation in the nearby forest. Many beautiful destinations such as Pillnitz Palace are waiting to be explored by you. The renovated 200-sqm flat on the first floor of a historic townhouse is ideal for small groups of overnight guests. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, and beds for another 6-8 people can easily be added. Pets are not allowed in the flat. Parking is free on the street in front of the villa.
